Tasks

Mercedes-Benz Vans is expanding its battery-electric light commercial vehicle production capacity and implementing a new plant next to its existing facility in Jawor. We are looking for highly motivated employees to help shape the future of mobility.

Plan and establish equipment and processes for dynamic and static vehicle commissioning.
Standardize and execute testing of electrical and electronic systems in accordance with R&D guidelines for components and systems within the MBOS production topology.
Develop and implement diagnostics and flashing programs for electronic components and systems.
Implement the IT systems required for testing and commissioning electronic components in MBOS architectures.
Trace errors and provide feedback during troubleshooting of MBOS electronic components.
Implement a change management system for vehicle software.
Drive harmonization and standardization between VAN sites.
Promote effective communication between departments and locations to ensure smooth project execution.
Submit regular progress and target achievement reports to the project or team manager.
Prepare and perform acceptance inspections and testing of production systems and procedures in accordance with legal and corporate regulations.
Work with vehicle development, series preparation and production units.

Qualifications

University degree in information systems, electronics or a similar field.
Several years of professional experience in production planning or process technology.
Practical project management experience.
Analytical and strategic thinking with a focus on results and targets.
Ability to work in teams and collaborate across disciplines, with excellent problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset and openness to change.
Good IT skills and knowledge of programming languages.
Fluent Polish and English, and German where applicable.
