Position

CGO - Presales Solution Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assess and collaborate with customer CXOs and technology leaders to build business outcome-driven transformation visions, SMART objectives, greenfield and brownfield strategies, and program charters.
  • Define, design, and govern enterprise architecture across business, technical, data, AI, and security domains using frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman.
  • Conduct feasibility analysis, including 6R modernization and greenfield or brownfield assessments, to define MVP-based roadmaps.
  • Create business cases for multi-year programs and define MVP-based roadmaps and wave-based rollouts through agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
  • Ensure strategic blueprints comply with regulations and standards including PDPL, CCRF, NCA, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
  • Partner with account executives and sales leaders to establish customer relationships, respond to RFI, RFP, and RFQ requirements, and support contract wins.
  • Lead customer requirements and solution responses with focus on time to value, time to market, total cost of ownership, experience-level agreements, quality, cost, and profitability.
  • Drive Atos offering portfolios and use strategic global and local technology partnerships.

Key Deliverables

  • Create and present Atos portfolios and capabilities aligned with customer vision, business requirements, architecture blueprints, and security models.
  • Develop business cases covering business value, total cost of ownership, and return on investment.
  • Define MVP-based roadmaps and wave-based rollouts.

Technical and Architectural Skills

  • 15+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 5 years in senior data, AI/ML, or enterprise architecture roles.
  • Experience designing end-to-end data, AI/ML, and GenAI architectures.
  • Expertise in AWS, Azure, GCP, Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud-native data services.
  • Knowledge of Azure ML, SageMaker, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Jupyter, MLflow, vector databases, RAG architectures, and agentic AI frameworks.
  • Experience with Delta Lake, Kafka, Synapse, BigQuery, Redshift, Python, SQL, and Spark/Scala.
  • Understanding of SDAIA, NDMO, PDPL, CCRF, DAMA, GDPR, OECD, ISO 27001, NIST, NCA, NDGP, and SAMA IT frameworks.
  • Proficiency in APIs, microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, event-streaming platforms, workflow orchestration, MLOps, and GenOps.
  • Industry experience across government and public sector, financial services, energy and utilities, and aviation, particularly in the KSA landscape.

Data and AI Services

  • Design modern data platforms, lakehouses, and data mesh architectures.
  • Modernize and migrate legacy platforms to cloud-native data environments.
  • Implement data governance, data quality, metadata management, lineage, cataloging, and master data frameworks.
  • Build analytics, business intelligence, predictive models, and AI-driven insights.
  • Implement DataOps, CI/CD, monitoring, observability, and automated data quality checks.
  • Deliver intelligent document processing, computer vision, conversational AI, NLP/NLU, enterprise GenAI, RAG, vector search, prompt engineering, AI agents, MLOps, GenOps, and edge AI solutions.
  • Conduct data and AI maturity assessments, capability gap analyses, risk evaluations, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Design sector-specific solutions for government, smart cities, healthcare, BFSI, energy, and aviation.

Essential Soft Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, workshop facilitation, executive presentations, and convergence views.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams through vision and influence.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with CXOs, sales teams, and engineering teams.

Success Metrics

  • Accurate TCO and ROI estimates.
  • Reduced time to value and time to market.
  • Zero critical compliance or regulatory breaches attributable to the solution blueprint.
  • Strong stakeholder alignment and customer feedback.
