Tasks
Mercedes-Benz stands for quality, creating trust and enthusiasm. In this internship in project quality management, you will help steer development-related quality processes from the strategy phase through to series production launch and represent the customer's perspective from individual components to the finished vehicle.
- Independently implement work packages
- Prepare and conduct workshops for project milestones
- Organize cross-functional management committees
- Integrate quality principles into the MMA product development process
- Represent customer interests in the project
- Prepare analyses and presentations for management
- Work with mobile options and flexible workspaces on site
You will gain practical experience in project and quality management and insights into current innovations on the MMA platform. The role can start in September 2026.
Qualifications
- Degree program in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, electromobility, electrical engineering, business administration, or a comparable field
- Interest in cross-functional project and quality management and collaboration with different stakeholders
- Fluent German and English, spoken and written
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SharePoint and other collaboration tools are advantageous
- Independent working style and a high level of personal responsibility
- Affinity for technical topics
- Teamwork, creativity, commitment, communication skills, analytical thinking, and a strategic approach
- Category B driving license desirable
