Mercedes-Benz Cars Procurement & Supplier Quality (MP) manages a procurement volume in the double-digit billions annually and ensures the quality of the relevant components. The department works with around 1,500 suppliers in Germany and abroad to provide materials for the global production plants of Mercedes-Benz Cars and Vans.

The Center MP/B contributes to the company’s success through the procurement and quality assurance of raw materials and body components. It also secures the supply of all plants through supplier capacity and risk management. By optimizing processes, methods and systems, the center generates efficiency gains.

Actively contribute to various projects involving process and system design in procurement.
Support the development and further development of processes and methods represented in the procurement system, coordinating with cross-functional representatives.
Help develop new ideas and concepts to improve the efficiency and networking of procurement processes and systems.
Support change management in procurement to coordinate and implement adjustments more efficiently.
Prepare presentations for top management.
Independently implement special topics within the team or department.

The position can begin in August 2026.

Qualifications

Degree program in business administration, economics or a comparable field.
Practical experience creating presentation materials is an advantage.
Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
Confident use of MS Office.
Commitment, reliability and ability to work in a team.
Analytical and strategic approach.
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Enthusiasm for new topics.
