Primark is seeking a Platform Manager Integrations to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of its Integration Platform in Reading, United Kingdom. This hybrid role offers 1–2 days of home working.

What you’ll do
- Own the Integration Platform vision and strategy, defining a multi-year roadmap for APIs, gateways, and connectivity services aligned to business strategy, OKRs, and market trends.
- Lead delivery, prioritisation, and execution across the Integration Platform, including progress tracking, dependency management, and escalation handling.
- Manage senior stakeholders and funding by driving alignment across technology and business leaders and securing investment through business cases or funding drawdowns.
- Ensure platform reliability, performance, and control by overseeing availability, incident remediation, audit findings, and embedded controls.
- Oversee financials, resourcing, and vendor relationships, including budget management, ROI tracking, capacity planning, and commercial management of third-party partners.
- Drive adoption and customer success by collaborating with stakeholders, enabling teams and platform users, and ensuring new capabilities are successfully adopted.
What you’ll bring
- 10–15 years of product management experience, including at least five years owning API, integration, or developer platforms in SaaS, fintech, or large-scale enterprise environments.
- Deep technical and platform expertise across high-volume integration platforms, API lifecycle management, integration standards, security and authentication, observability, and platform operations.
- A proven track record of scaling platforms from transformation through production, delivering high adoption, low latency, secure ecosystems, and effective release, upgrade, and governance practices.
- Strong strategic and analytical capability, including defining platform strategy and execution, modelling adoption and performance trade-offs, and articulating business value and ROI.
- Executive-level stakeholder and commercial management experience, including securing funding and overseeing budgets, vendors, and licensing agreements.
- Collaborative, delivery-focused leadership with strong communication skills and experience leading cross-functional teams using Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
