Primark is looking for a People & Culture Administrator to support colleagues and the Store Management Team at Primark London - OSE.
This is a people-focused role in a fast-growing retail business. You will deliver in-store P&C administration with trust, collaboration, confidentiality and diplomacy.
What you'll do
- Deliver P&C administration activities in the store.
- Provide generalist administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, talent and succession, employee relations, engagement and well-being.
- Support the Store Management Team and Store P&C Business Partner in delivering the in-store people agenda.
- Report on P&C activities and keep key performance indicators on track.
What you'll bring
- Ideally, previous experience working as an administrator.
- Working knowledge of local employment legislation and best practice.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to be flexible and prioritise.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an effective and persuasive communication style.
- Good problem-solving skills and an interest in developing commercial acumen.
- A passion to do a good job.
