- At least one month of experience working in a sports or fashion customer- and commercially-focused retail environment.
- Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret them to drive sales.
- Ability to maintain an easy-to-shop environment through consistent visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
- Effective customer service and sales skills.
- Team-player attitude, resilience, eagerness to learn, and curiosity.
Your activities
- Maintain high standards of merchandising and housekeeping and carry out replenishment of sales floors within areas of responsibility.
- Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring customers in alignment with adidas values.
- Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management, deliveries, and replenishment to achieve store goals as a team.
- Take ownership and be proactive in your learning by completing applicable training and applying it effectively on the shop floor.
