Part-Time Assistant Store Manager - NEW Rouse Hill Concept Store Opening SOON, NSW

Are you excited by the prospect of opening a brand new store and being a part of adidas' retail expansion in Australia?

adidas is seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join its team on a part-time basis and open a brand new Concept Store in Rouse Hill, NSW.

The Assistant Store Manager will work approximately four days per week, covering weekdays and one weekend day. They will lead from the front and inspire success in people management and store management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in managing, motivating and leading the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets and an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor and analyse performance data and make necessary adjustments to drive commercial success.
• Effectively manage retail operations within a fashion store environment.
• Role-model excellent customer service and lead the team to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Guide and train team members on brand product knowledge and customer service.
• Coordinate team members to maintain Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
• Coordinate efficient inventory processing and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
• Share best practices to drive overall store team performance.

Requirements

Successful candidates will have a solid retail sales background and a proven record of success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position, consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales. Candidates should be motivated, energetic, achievement-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Retail leadership experience in men's or women's apparel or sports footwear will be highly regarded.
