Part-Time Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) - Watertown Factory Outlet, WA

We're seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) to join the Watertown Factory Outlet in Perth on a part-time basis.

Part-time contracts require fixed days and hours per week determined by the Store Manager and based on store requirements. Candidates must be available to work during centre trading hours on their contracted days, including evenings and at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving store targets and an optimal consumer experience through staff productivity and an active selling environment.
• Role-model service and selling standards while leading and inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
• Represent adidas brand and company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards and adequate shop-floor replenishment.
• Train and coach team members in service skills and foundational, seasonal brand, and product knowledge.
• Coordinate team members to ensure efficient inventory processing and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
• Share best practices to drive overall store team performance.

Highly regarded experience

• Retail team leadership in men's or women's apparel or sports footwear
• Visual merchandising
• Stockroom procedures
