Part-Time Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) - NEW Rouse Hill Concept Store Opening SOON, NSW

Are you excited by the prospect of opening a brand new store and being a part of adidas' retail expansion in Australia?

We are seeking a passionate Store Supervisor (3IC) to join our team on a part-time basis and open a brand new Concept Store in Rouse Hill, NSW.

This part-time role will cover approximately four days per week on select weekdays and weekend days.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with:

• Achieving store targets and an optimal consumer experience through staff productivity and an active selling environment.
• Role-modelling service and selling standards while leading and inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
• Representing the adidas brand, company values, and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
• Executing and maintaining established visual merchandising standards and adequate shop-floor replenishment.
• Training and coaching team members to refine service skills and foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
• Coordinating team members to ensure efficient inventory processing and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
• Sharing best practices to drive overall store team performance.

Experience highly regarded

• Retail team leadership in men's or women's apparel or sports footwear
• Visual merchandising
• Stockroom procedures
