Crédit Agricole CIB is the corporate and investment bank of the Crédit Agricole group. Its Information System & Risks IT (ISR) division develops and operates IT platforms and services in an international environment.

Your team

You will join the SRC (Sourcing) team, responsible for implementing and managing the ISR external sourcing strategy and monitoring outsourcing-related risks.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify outsourced activities according to EBA, SRB and DORA guidelines.
• Manage and update the EBA and DORA outsourcing register using EASY (Ivalua Buyer).
• Help define, implement and deploy KPIs in COSMOS to monitor outsourcing and critical third-party risks under DORA.
• Lead periodic monitoring and risk-assessment campaigns for EBA outsourcing and DORA ICT third parties.
• Prepare and present materials for the Outsourcing Risk Committee.
• Track decisions and action plans from the committee, prepare reporting and coordinate follow-ups with Activity Managers.
• Train and advise Activity Managers on outsourcing processes, regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Act as the key contact and subject-matter expert for Outsourcing Risk Management with internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the digitalisation of outsourcing processes.

Profile

• Postgraduate degree or equivalent, preferably from an engineering school or university, specialising in information systems.
• 3–5 years of experience.
• Experience with outsourcing in banking, ideally in IT and/or Operations.
• Knowledge of EBA and DORA regulations and general knowledge of IT and Operations services.
• Strong organisation, rigour, analytical skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken French and English communication skills.
• Initiative and ability to propose improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Ivalua Buyer (EASY) is a plus.
