Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an Operations Specialist (3IC) to provide above-and-beyond service that inspires Nike fans for life.
What will you work on?
Leading a small team of employees, you will work in a diverse and inclusive team with opportunities for personal growth and professional development. You will partner with the Coach – Operational Excellence to lead a designated zone in the store, achieving sales and customer service goals. The position is split between office duties, including rostering and payroll, and the cash wrap, serving consumers on registers.
- Lead your team to deliver a premium in-store experience.
- Coach your team and provide leadership, people development and feedback.
- Assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential.

What you bring
- Passion for the Nike brand and a desire to grow your leadership career.
- 1–2 years of retail leadership experience in stockroom management, stock planning, facility management or a similar area.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound computer proficiency.
- A natural sense of urgency.

This role requires full availability across weekends, evenings and holidays as needed on a rotating roster. It is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
