  • Support the Operational Governance Lead, providing insights, data and meeting representation when needed.
  • Conduct reporting on lead generation data to ensure process adherence and support performance reporting.

  • An understanding of the regulatory landscape, including Consumer Duty requirements.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes.
  • Confident presenter, able to communicate complex information with impact and influence.
  • Strong financial acumen, backed by excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities while meeting tight deadlines.

At Mercedes-Benz, we operate with integrity and therefore you are required to maintain ethical standards in accordance with our policies and adhere to the Company's Compliance Guidelines and Policies including Anti-Bribery and all relevant competition law.
