What You Will Experience
In the NIKE, Inc. Summer Internship Program, you’ll contribute to high-priority, real business initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic roadmap. With guidance from senior leaders and experienced managers, you’ll take ownership of a scoped project designed to accelerate impact.
The Digital Growth MBA Internship is a 10-week paid internship opportunity with relocation assistance. Example project work may include:
- Driving strategy and business case development for digital growth opportunities such as Social Commerce, AI Commerce, and Connected Inventory.
- Quantifying opportunities that unlock measurable revenue growth, member engagement, and brand impact.
- Translating strategic concepts into actionable cross-functional plans across the Nike Matrix.
- Codifying learnings into repeatable playbooks and sharing them with Global and Geo stakeholders.
What You Bring
- Enrollment in an MBA program with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Background in digital commerce, consumer products or retail, product merchandising, or strategy preferred.
- Three to five years of work experience strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in strategic analysis, financial sizing, and modeling.
- Ability to collaborate and build effective business partnerships in a cross-functional organization.
- Ability to simplify complex recommendations and deliverables to drive decision-making.
- Understanding of digital retail fundamentals and consumer levers.
- A resume and cover letter submitted as a single combined PDF file.
