Night Team Manager

About the role

As a Night Team Manager at Primark Oxford Street East, you will ensure the store is fully stocked and prepared for the following day's operations by supervising deliveries and communicating effectively with the daytime management team.

What you'll do

• Oversee replenishment of the store, keeping it stocked and tidy to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Manage deliveries and collaborate with the day management team on product moves and price changes.
• Report stock issues when they arise.
• Allocate tasks to the team of Night Retail Assistants on each shift.
• Develop team members' skills to keep them motivated and engaged.
• Take advantage of digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways to support your own development.

What you'll bring

• Leadership experience and coaching skills, with the ability to influence, engage and challenge your team while keeping the customer at the forefront.
• Experience driving performance through commercial awareness and talent development.

Benefits and contract

Salary is £32,222 with 31 days' annual leave and a pension. This is a fixed-term contract from 23 August 2026 to 31 December 2026. Night Manager roles receive an additional allowance of £20 per shift.
