Night Department Manager

Primark is seeking a Night Department Manager in Southampton to ensure the store is fully stocked and prepared for the following day's operations by supervising deliveries and communicating effectively with the daytime management team.

The role offers a salary of £37,817, 31 days annual leave and a pension, plus an additional allowance of £21.50 per shift, approximately £4,000 annually. This is a full-time permanent contract working five nights on followed by three nights off.

What you'll do

• Oversee replenishment of the store ready for the next day's opening.
• Manage deliveries and collaborate with the day management team on product moves and price changes.
• Keep the store stocked and tidy, reporting stock issues when they arise.
• Allocate tasks to Night Retail Assistants on each shift, develop their skills and keep them motivated and engaged.
• Take advantage of digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways to drive your own development.
