NIKE, Inc. is seeking an NA Business Integration Capabilities Analyst II to drive process and reporting excellence around Code, Samples and business performance for the geography.
Who You’ll Work With
This role reports to the NA Business Integration Code Director and works closely with the NA BI Code team and NA Samples Operations team. You will serve as a key resource for code and samples processes and tools for the geography.

- Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, analytics or a related field. Any suitable combination of education, experience and training will be accepted.
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-service orientation.
- Self-motivated and team-first mindset.
- Reporting and dashboard experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Nike tools and systems preferred.

What You’ll Work On
Process Excellence
- Support Code calendar evolution, efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the evolution of reporting, dashboard and AI capabilities.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across core accountabilities.
Operational Excellence
- Support Code calendar and events administration through process, tools and logistics management.
- Enable Samples Operations effectiveness through process, tools and hands-on support.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a connector between Code, Samples and Business teams to drive alignment and execution.
- Build trusted relationships with key partners and provide thought leadership through process and business understanding.
- Support change management and communication efforts for new initiatives and processes.
