Job description
Primarily, you will work closely with Securitization Middle Office and Business, as well as other Capital Markets CMO stakeholders in New York and Paris, to analyze the local setup and help define the target operating model as part of a global initiative to strengthen and align the operating model while taking local specificities into consideration.
You will be a key contributor to the transformation project by defining the target, describing current and target processes, identifying intermediary steps, and supporting local implementation.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Review the current setup and create or update documentation to facilitate business requirements.
- Participate as a stakeholder in global workshops and meetings.
- Lead local operational workshops.
- Report to local and global management and obtain approvals or validation when required.
- Participate in related OpCo and other committees.
- Support local operations during change management.
- Support projects and transversal initiatives related to the transformation program and produce associated documentation, including new process descriptions.
- Write business requirements and prioritize Middle Office needs.
- Test new releases on business-line systems.
- Work with the team to develop and implement new initiatives, including enhancements to existing systems.
- Develop and deploy new metrics to improve product-line reports.
- Develop tactical tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enable greater automation and productivity.
- Review, comment on, and write specifications for product-line IT initiatives.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience: 6–10 years.
Salary range: $140k–$165k.
