Who You Will Work With
You’ll partner with geo consumer and marketplace merchandising, local product creation, brand marketing, demand planning, consumer insights and analytics, and global sport merchandising teams. Success in this role requires knowledge of the North America marketplace.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field; suitable combinations of education, experience, and training will be considered
- 2+ years of experience in retail, merchandising, product management, marketplace, buying, or relevant experience
- Understanding of consumer and marketplace dynamics
- Experience with new projects, startups, concepts, or ideas
- Proficiency analyzing business and consumer trends
- Attention to detail and efficient ways of working
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities collaboratively
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations
- Team-first mentality and positive energy
What You Will Work On
You will support strategy and ideation, product assortments, line planning, and data and analytics to drive end-to-end profitability. You will synthesize and present marketplace POS and bookings and compile insights from cross-functional partners in Sales and Channel Merchandising.
You will develop relationships with cross-functional teammates, conduct research and analysis, and bring curiosity and commitment to learning and evolving. Comfort with ambiguity, forward thinking, and agility are important for success.
In This Role You Will
- Support Lead and Senior Merchants from Global Product handoff through POS hindsighting for Men’s Running Apparel
- Help create marketplace distinction through seasonal channel offerings
- Assist alignment with other sport-focused teams to ensure a cohesive product offering in market
