Your role
Join a global technology team delivering solutions for a large international financial services organization. You will work on applications supporting large-scale data processing, risk analysis, and regulatory reporting, helping business users make informed decisions in a fast-changing environment.
Location: Budapest, Hungary (Hybrid)
This position follows a hybrid working model in Budapest, requiring employees to work onsite approximately 50% of the time. Applicants must be based in Hungary and eligible to work in Hungary.
You will
- Develop new features and enhance existing Java-based applications.
- Work with large datasets and distributed data processing and calculation solutions.
- Design, develop, and improve application and data models.
- Collaborate with international Agile teams using modern DevOps practices.
- Contribute to technology improvements supporting critical business processes.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from design through deployment.
You have
- Solid Java development experience.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
- Experience designing applications and data models.
- Understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
