We are seeking a passionate Media Analytics Manager to lead and build analytics for paid media, partnering with key stakeholders to drive performance insights and strategy. This role combines hands-on analysis with ownership of analytics tools and strategy, requiring a data-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

What You’ll Do as a Media Analytics Manager

  • Lead the strategic direction of paid media analytics while building and managing a high-performing team.
  • Partner with Digital Campaign, Performance Marketing, and insights teams to analyse performance and drive data-led strategies.
  • Develop and own reporting frameworks, delivering weekly and monthly insights with actionable recommendations.
  • Build forecasts using historical data and third-party tools to optimise media budget planning.
  • Drive data automation initiatives, including media data extraction, cloud storage, and reporting via SQL and Tableau.
  • Manage key analytics projects such as MMP app tracking and digital marketing data infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to design, measure, and validate media performance and attribution models.
  • Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders across the business.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams in fast-paced, large-scale environments.
  • Strong educational background in marketing, data science, business analytics, statistics, or a related field.
  • Expertise in digital marketing measurement platforms, including GA4, Adobe, and MMPs, and visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Advanced technical skills in Excel, SQL/Python, and cloud-based data platforms.
  • Deep understanding of digital channels including Meta and Google, including algorithms, attribution, and performance optimisation.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, commercial awareness, and a deadline-driven approach.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and manage multiple projects efficiently.
