Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop back-end systems using Java and Spring Boot.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications with Kubernetes.
• Implement Postgres as the primary data store.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues efficiently.
• Continuously improve software engineering practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in back-end software development using Java.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Strong understanding of Postgres and database design principles.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of security and data protection best practices.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive engineering domain knowledge.
• Exposure to international projects and global stakeholder management.
• Experience with Daimler systems or similar global platforms.
