CACEIS is the asset servicing banking group of Crédit Agricole and Santander, dedicated to asset managers, insurance companies, pension funds, banks, private equity and real estate funds, brokers and corporate clients.

The Master Data Services Operations Department brings together the Group’s reference data management functions. Data Management specializes in feeding and maintaining up-to-date databases covering security characteristics, prices, corporate actions and portfolios.

Your Responsibilities

Your main mission consists of handling the daily processing of operations managed within the Referential department, specifically the creation, updating and control of market data for financial instruments, including bonds, equities, warrants, CFDs, futures and options.

  • Collect instrument details from financial information providers such as Bloomberg, SIX Financial, Reuters and Clearstream.
  • Input and update data daily in dedicated databases, including issue dates, maturity dates, first coupon dates, calculation bases and coupon schedules.
  • Check the consistency and quality of information in databases.
  • Investigate, analyze and resolve anomalies, including downstream system blockages.
  • Retrieve security events and monitor corporate actions such as mergers, dividend payments and detachments.
  • Respond to requests from stakeholders via JIRA and email.
  • Manage data flows with financial information providers and collect market data such as prices, spreads, coupons, duration and sensitivity.
  • Integrate and monitor the consistency, quality and freshness of data in CACEIS databases.
  • Make data available for Fund Administration, Middle Office, Custody, Regulatory and Financial Reporting, Depositary Control and other CACEIS activities.
  • Act as the key contact for internal and external clients regarding market data collection issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Finance.
  • Initial experience in UCITS accounting or familiarity with financial data providers is an advantage.
  • 0–2 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of banking, financial markets and financial instruments.
  • Strong aptitude for numbers and IT tools, especially Excel and Access.
  • Proximity-level IT knowledge; VBA and SQL are a plus.
  • Analytical, synthesis, teamwork and communication skills.
  • Autonomous, proactive, flexible, rigorous, reliable and customer-service oriented.
  • Awareness of operational risk identification.
  • English and French.

Permanent contract. Starting date: 1 September 2026. This position has no management responsibility and is based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
