Crédit Agricole Italia is seeking a young graduate to join its Central Directorate in Parma for a six-month internship within the Payments Office.

Mission

The intern will:

  • Analyze complex data sets to extract insights for improving the catalogue of products and services.
  • Support projects within the Directorate and optimize business processes through benchmarking, management, updating and testing of the application supporting the marketing of payment products.
  • Produce reports for the team on production and market trends.

The role offers the opportunity to join a growing international group focused on innovation, sustainability and the development of young talent. Full-time availability is required.

Candidate profile

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, law or management engineering.
  • 0–2 years of experience.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, initiative, relationship orientation, precision and discretion.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • English at B2 level and/or French at B2 level.

Academic experience abroad and/or professional experience in multinational organizations is preferred.

Selection process and conditions

The selection process includes CV screening, a brief telephone interview, an online logical and aptitude test, and subsequent interviews. Applications are open until 30/09/2026. The internship lasts six months and is not a management position.
