About the Role
As a Manhattan Enterprise Promise & Fulfill Solution Architect, you will lead Fortune 500 companies in large-scale supply chain transformations across complex enterprise environments. You will use deep business process and Manhattan EP&F system expertise to architect integrated supply chain and inventory solutions and oversee full-lifecycle implementations.
You will guide clients through process re-engineering, maturity assessments, roadmap development, business case creation and vendor selection engagements. As a client-facing lead, you will ensure delivery within scope, time and budget while maintaining solution integrity and quality standards.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience leading multiple full-lifecycle Manhattan EP&F implementations.
- Deep configuration, process, data structure, master data and transactional data knowledge of Manhattan EP&F.
- Knowledge of fulfillment and inventory management processes, including distributed order management, order fulfillment logic, inventory allocation, available-to-promise and inventory position management.
- Significant distribution industry experience.
- Experience designing and implementing supply chain solutions and AI.
- Experience managing large IT programs with cross-functional teams and integrating Manhattan EP&F with enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience across requirements, design, build, testing, deployment and support.
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain and order management processes, especially inventory management and optimization.
- Experience conducting gap analyses, developing strategic roadmaps and defining proposed solutions for client pursuits.
- Strong client relationship, sales, analytical, communication, leadership, mentoring, teamwork and time-management skills.
- Experience with an additional Manhattan Active application such as MAWM or Manhattan Active Omni.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the Manhattan Active suite and in-warehouse operations.
- Experience with RELEX, o9, IBP or other inventory and fulfillment tools.
- Experience with AI platforms such as Claude, OpenAI Codex, Palantir, Databricks, Dataiku or Microsoft Fabric.
- Knowledge of planning, warehousing, transportation, order management, WMS or ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, life sciences or automotive industries.
- Project management experience with workstreams or projects exceeding $1 million.
Compensation and Benefits
The base compensation range for this role is $105,600–$199,480.
