Role overview

As an adidas Manager (M4), you will be responsible for executing company and team strategy, with a focus on operational delivery and translating strategic direction into actionable initiatives. The adidas Kids business is undergoing a strategic transformation, while Account Sales aims to triple market share over the next 3–5 years by upgrading channel distribution and optimizing business operations.

Objective: Drive sustainable market share growth for the assigned account in alignment with brand strategy.

Responsibilities

  1. Support account planning: Assist the line manager with content preparation for a 3–5 year strategic plan, including market share targets and growth pillars. Translate strategic guidance into annual business plans covering sell-out, sell-in, inventory, SWB, and phasing. Read and plan account P&L and raise alerts in advance to support sustainable year-over-year growth.
  2. Execution and sell-in: Align OTB with accounts and track landing into the order book, including pre-season and in-season orders such as PR, TL, Chase, and shipment hold. Represent the brand and execute the GTM process with internal functions, including key-account previews and trade meetings.
  3. Business operations: Monitor quarterly and monthly business targets, including sell-out, sell-through, MD, and inventory. Identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and collaborate with team leads, internal functions, and accounts to develop solutions.
  4. POS management: Execute quarterly and monthly POS plans, including new openings, closures, relocations, and upgrades. Land brand content and assets such as POP and activations in the market, and share market feedback with internal functions to support future improvement.
  5. Financial compliance: Manage account payments to control accounts-receivable risk.
