You will investigate vulnerabilities within ecommerce services and define controls to mitigate risks, creating a best-in-class risk mitigation landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and execute the European ecommerce risk management strategy.
  • Assess ecommerce systems and processes to identify vulnerabilities and fraud trends, analyze impact, and prioritize improvements.
  • Prepare and maintain management reporting on ecommerce loss and profitability metrics.
  • Represent market demand for risk management with Global Product Ownership, IT Solutions, and Analytics.
  • Drive prioritization and implementation to achieve maximum business impact.
  • Assist in optimizing and rolling out consumer-focused self-service processes for business needs and fraud protection.
  • Monitor innovative market trends and technological developments.
  • Manage the budget for external anti-fraud service providers.
  • Act as the European ecommerce center of excellence for risk management and fraud prevention.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Deep understanding of anti-fraud platforms and interfaces.
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce finance.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Proven negotiation skills.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to construct business reports on complex risk mitigation topics.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  • University degree in statistics, mathematics, finance, business administration, economics, information technology, or a similar discipline.
  • Five years of experience in an online consumer-facing, high-transaction environment.
  • At least two years of experience in ecommerce payment or risk management.
