Manager Master Data – Digital Partner Excellence

Location: Bogota, Colombia

Direct reporting line: (Sr.) Manager Master Data – Digital Partner Excellence

Working for the North America Digital Partner Excellence team within NAM Wholesale, the Manager Master Data supports the team by ensuring accounts can generate purchase orders and products launch online with the information and data consumers need when shopping on partner websites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives across the primary data team to enhance tools, services, and processes with global and local teams.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes using RPAs, AI enablement, or enhanced data mapping.
  • Lead business improvements and internal alignment processes across accounts and teams.
  • Establish KPIs to track online data quality and create improvement action plans.
  • Track article catalogue plans and assortments for NAM accounts by validating launch dates and partner requirements.
  • Maintain and optimize product data in vendor platforms and adidas systems.
  • Perform audits to ensure partner websites reflect expected data.
  • Own new item setup and enrichment processes for digital wholesale partners.
  • Manage article setup with key account stakeholders and implement tracking and reporting.
  • Align product data and content integration across the NAM digital ecosystem.
  • Identify and communicate localization needs by account and product.
  • Lead campaign processes by aligning launch dates and product content availability.
  • Create a comprehensive product attribute matrix across internal and external databases.
  • Log content cases for data-related challenges with MOPS teams.
  • Align stakeholders on product data improvements supporting search, user experience, and onsite navigation.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Self-driven, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Project management and aspirational leadership skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of PC and systems, Visual Basic, SQL, Power BI, Excel, or automation languages.
  • AI project management and digital transformation knowledge.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English at C1+ level.
  • Power Automate and Power Apps model-building knowledge is desirable.

Qualifications

  • University degree in business administration, engineering, information technology, or a similar discipline.
  • Basic merchandising and eCommerce knowledge.
  • Four to six years of professional work experience.
  • Ideally one to three years of online merchandising experience.
