Tasks

As part of the Assembly shop team, you will be responsible for carrying out mechanical and electronic inspections, maintenance, and repairs to sorter systems in production and logistics areas as part of high-performance industrial assembly shop production systems.

This includes developing technological strategies and maintenance processes using the SAP I-Pro system for conveyor systems such as scissor lifts, roller beds, main lifters, cross-conveyors, HEMS/LEMS carriers, handling devices, ring conveyors, and AGV systems.

You will also support various production centers, prepare and follow up on operations, and cooperate in preparing maintenance reports. You will support operational maintenance on site as an expert during technical breakdowns, lead a team of up to ten employees during maintenance assignments and troubleshooting, and work in a pragmatic, solution-oriented manner. The team consists of electrical and automation technicians.

Qualifications

Higher technical education: MSc or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electronic, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
Several years of experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of assembly shop technologies such as tightening, electronically controlled tools, gluing, filling equipment, dynamic vehicle testing equipment, wheel alignment equipment, and vehicle electronic checking systems.
Knowledge of the automotive environment, including experience with automation, robots, PLCs, and computer control systems.
Very good organization of working time, commitment, diligence, and reliability.
Responsibility and the ability to solve problems independently.
Driving licence category B.
English enabling easy communication.
Ability to work in a team.
Readiness to travel abroad.
