Job description
You will join Credit Agricole CIB Spain and assist the Distribution & Asset Rotation (DAR) team in its activities related to Project Finance, Real Estate Finance, Corporate, TMT and Leveraged loan distribution.
- Support the preparation of DAR syndication opinions, including pricing and structuring, with a focus on transactions linked to Spanish-speaking countries.
- Prepare comparable transaction tables by sector and conduct liquidity analysis.
- Complete closing memoranda in a timely manner.
- Assist with PowerPoint presentations for pitches and market updates.
- Assist with Excel reports and databases.
- Use the Debtdomain database for inviting banks to transactions and for reporting or research.
- Update comparable files.
- Support preparation of bank meetings and complete call reports.
- Assist with market research and present market updates.
- Support the development and monitoring of the Spanish investor base, particularly non-bank investors.
- Coordinate with all relevant business lines.
- Assist with internal reporting analysis and management of Diamond.
You will work closely with CACIB origination teams, the loan investor base and the wider loan Distribution team in both syndication and distribution or sales functions.
Eligibility
- Be under 28 years old.
- Hold a Master's degree.
- Be an EU citizen, except Spanish citizens.

Profile
You hold a postgraduate Master's degree from a university or business school, with a specialization in Finance. Previous experience in Finance is required. The required experience level is 0–2 years.
Hard skills: Good knowledge of MS Office tools; knowledge of labour regulation and payroll administration would be an asset; fluent English and an intermediate level of Spanish.
Soft skills: Good communication, analytical and summarisation abilities, rigour, organisation, prioritisation, results orientation and client orientation.
