Level 1/2 Operations Technicians

Main Mission: Ensure daily monitoring of the IS, execution of recurring operations, and initial incident analysis.

Responsibilities

• Supervision using Nagios or Zabbix
• Alert handling and escalation according to ITIL
• Execution of operational procedures
• Daily checks of backups, capacity, and cluster health
• Simple interventions under supervision, including restarts and minor patching
• Participation in deployments in a support capacity
