What You’ll Do
- Conduct research to inform global L&D strategies and design tailored learning solutions.
- Oversee multiple development programmes for store and regional office colleagues across diverse learning areas.
- Deliver programmes at pace while balancing competing priorities in a high-volume operational environment.
- Facilitate training in fast-paced, high-energy retail settings, adapting your style to frontline teams.
- Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions and support learning solution design.
- Coordinate in-person training logistics and communications, and manage the LMS.
- Assess training effectiveness, analyse data, identify improvements, and stay updated on L&D trends and technologies.
- Operate with pace and precision across busy store environments.
- Partner with People & Culture operations, manage supplier relationships, and deputise for the L&D Delivery Manager when required.
What You’ll Bring
- Over 5 years of experience designing and delivering diverse training initiatives across corporate and retail environments.
- Experience working in retail or similarly fast-moving operational environments such as hospitality, logistics, or FMCG.
- Deep understanding of learning principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong communication, presentation, workshop, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to quickly understand business needs, build relationships, and deliver impact.
- Ability to manage complex, fast-paced projects, handle ambiguity, and prioritise competing demands.
- Experience working across multiple locations and with geographically dispersed teams.
