Atos is seeking a Lead SAP Developer to lead development based on the latest technologies and methodologies. You will contribute to delivery and commercial activity while leading technical professionals within the SAP Practice.
You will help clients transform their businesses and solve complex issues using innovative SAP technologies. As the main technical expert, you will define project scope and vision and act as a liaison between external clients, internal technical and commercial resources, and other stakeholders.

What We Expect From You
You are highly experienced in SAP development, with a proven track record of at least 6–10 years. You are commercially astute and enjoy advising and coaching clients and internal colleagues.
- 8+ years of SAP development experience
- Proven S/4HANA transformation experience
- Experience with BTP, SAP CAP, SAP UI5, Fiori, Workflow, ABAP, and low-code
- Strong advisory capability with senior stakeholders
- Deep understanding of SAP development, integration, and cloud
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Entitled to work in the Netherlands
