Lead Engineer – Java, Spring Boot and React
Experience: 8 to 14 years
Location: Bangalore
Education: B.E./B.Tech./MCA
Job Responsibilities
- Define the development plan and acceptance criteria based on requirements.
- Design, build, test, and maintain new and existing features with high-performance, reusable, and reliable code.
- Identify and solve application bottlenecks and bugs.
- Ensure high code quality, readability, and structure.
- Implement smart automation when relevant.
- Create and update technical documentation to ensure service continuity.
- Apply agile and development best practices in daily work.
Candidate Profile
Mandatory skills:
- At least 9 years of experience in Java J2EE.
- Strong experience in Spring Boot and SOLID principles.
- At least 4 years of experience in ReactJS.
- Strong experience in JavaScript.
- Strong skills in SQL and databases, including Oracle and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift.
- DevOps best practices.
- Experience with GitLab or GitHub and Maven.
Good-to-have skills:
- Apache Kafka.
- Elastic Stack, including Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, and Beats.
- Reactive programming.
- Event sourcing.
- Jenkins.
- SonarQube.
- Fortify.
- IntelliJ.
