Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring is accelerating its Data and AI roadmap to improve commercial performance, risk management and operational efficiency through innovative digital services.
Based within the Data, AI and Performance Department, you will act as the company’s reference for identifying and implementing high-value Data and AI solutions.
Missions
- Address the needs of commercial divisions and banking partners through data- and AI-driven marketing solutions, including targeting, marketing performance monitoring, and propensity or attrition scoring.
- Contribute to business development by increasing the use and sharing of data across the Crédit Agricole Group.
- Accelerate the industrialisation of solutions using AI and Data at scale.
- Understand internal challenges and customer or partner needs.
- Identify and select the use cases with the greatest potential.
- Design and integrate advanced analytics, Machine Learning and Generative AI models into customer and employee digital journeys and business processes.
- Supervise model development, testing and deployment.
- Guarantee the quality, robustness and maintainability of solutions.
- Act as a technical reference and lead the company’s Data and AI community.
- Support employees’ development of AI skills and promote good practices in Data, AI and model governance.
- Contribute to technology strategy and assess new AI opportunities.
- Monitor technological developments and represent the department in Group Data communities.
Required profile
- Postgraduate degree in Data Science, AI, statistics, engineering or equivalent, with equivalent experience also considered.
- Significant experience in Data Science, with project leadership experience; minimum 5 to 10 years.
- Ability to connect business challenges, data and technology.
- Excellent communication, analytical and synthesis skills.
Technical skills
- Python and SQL.
- Machine Learning and advanced statistics.
- Generative AI, LLM and RAG.
- Cloud environments, particularly Google Cloud.
- Project management tools and DevOps practices, including CI/CD.
The position is based at the Group campus in Montrouge, with up to two remote-working days per week. All positions are open to people with disabilities.
