What You'll Do
- Design and build AI assistants and agents for backlog refinement, code generation, code review, testing, and software delivery workflows.
- Turn GenAI prototypes into robust, reusable capabilities that scale across teams and organizations.
- Define ways to measure the value delivered by AI-enabled engineering capabilities.
- Coach engineers on using GenAI and coding agents in software development.
- Make architectural trade-offs involving speed, scalability, governance, reliability, and cost.
- Improve developer experience by embedding agentic capabilities into engineering workflows and tooling.
- Design and implement scalable GenAI systems and agent architectures.
- Build production-ready GenAI services with portability and long-term adoption in mind.
- Lead solution design across APIs, event-driven systems, and AI workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to create scalable technical capabilities.
What You Bring
Technical Excellence
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps Engineering, ML Engineering, or Data Science.
- End-to-end software engineering experience across discovery, architecture, implementation, deployment, and production operations.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code technologies such as Terraform or Bicep.
- Strong coding skills and a polyglot engineering mindset.
- Experience building or using coding agents or agentic development tools.
- Ability to design and build products from scratch and turn ambiguous challenges into working solutions.
- Experience bringing software into production securely, reliably, and responsibly.
- Understanding of testing, deployment, runtime operations, observability, security, and production readiness.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for experimentation, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Strong ownership and perseverance when solving complex challenges.
- Ability to mentor, coach, and inspire engineers.
- Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban.
