Responsibilities and qualifications
- Maintain flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations and guide store associates.
- Operate personal computers, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other software packages.
- Learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead discussions in diverse groups and communicate effectively.
- Work independently, use discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Build effective working relationships and maintain high performance standards.
- Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
- Have at least 12 months of retail experience, advanced selling experience, and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
Physical requirements
The role requires frequent standing, walking, reaching, handling objects, and lifting or moving up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting or moving up to 50 pounds. Employees may occasionally work outdoors and operate a Brannock device.
