You are looking for an internship in law and have an interest in banking? This opportunity is for you.

The Banking Finance & Securitisation team is composed of around fifteen lawyers who support business teams on the legal and transactional aspects of commercial banking, trade, securitisation and financing transactions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the team's activities in Paris and London on ongoing matters through legal research, drafting notes, reviewing documentation, attending meetings and assisting with closings.
• Modelling standard documents and monitoring legal developments in securitisation and financing.

Profile

• Education: University, business school or engineering school.
• Specialisation: Banking and Financial Law, potentially including the EFB bar school.
• Minimum experience: 0–2 years.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office.
• Fluent French and English.
• Organisation, rigour, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
