Crédit Agricole Italia is seeking a young STEM graduate, or someone close to completing a STEM degree, to join its Central Directorate, specifically the Management Control and Pricing division.
Mission
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in strategic company areas and actively contribute to cross-functional projects in several fields:
- Software Engineering Mobile
- Software Engineering Bank Applications
- CRM Business Analyst
Full-time availability is required, with the possibility of hybrid working.
Compensation and benefits
- Fixed-term contract under the Italian banking collective agreement
- Level: AP3L1
- Gross annual salary: €35,650.42

Selection process
The selection process begins with CV screening based on the requirements, followed by a brief telephone interview, an online logical and aptitude test, and subsequent interviews depending on the result. Applications may be submitted until 31/11/2026.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a STEM field
- Preferred academic experience abroad and/or professional experience in multinational organisations
- 0–2 years of experience
- Accuracy and analytical aptitude
- Knowledge of SAS
- Knowledge of Matlab and Python
- English B2 and/or French B2
