Mission

Crédit Agricole Italia is seeking graduates in STEM disciplines to join teams involved in the technical and project management of software solutions in the credit domain, working on both evolutionary activities and maintenance.

The role is within the Information Systems Directorate (DSI), with continuous collaboration with team and service managers, functional analysts, external suppliers, and other technical and application functions.

The position also involves contributing to complex, cross-functional projects, with increasing responsibility for planning, coordinating, and monitoring activities.

Full-time availability is required, with the possibility of hybrid work.

Education and specialization

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM discipline.
  • Interest in and understanding of IT architectures and functional aspects of banking and processes.
  • Interest in and familiarity with traditional AI and generative AI concepts.
  • Some experience participating in complex or multi-stakeholder projects, preferably in structured environments.
  • Familiarity with major cloud providers such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud is desirable.
  • Familiarity with project management principles, including planning, priority management, and supplier coordination.

The contract type will be assessed based on prior experience in fields similar to the position.

Skills needed

  • Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously while respecting assigned priorities.
  • Collaborative and proactive team-working approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in dynamic environments.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and results orientation.
  • Willingness to work at non-standard hours when required.

IT tools

  • Familiarity with structured development methodologies such as Agile and DevOps.
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or equivalent.

Languages

English B1 and/or French B1.
