We are looking for a Junior Project Management IT Specialist to join the ITV Transformation Team. In this role, you will lead major IT programs and projects spanning development, production, and after-sales, including technology transformation initiatives such as mainframe exit, product projects such as VAN.xA, and plant ramp-ups.

Our team

You will join a team of up to 15 people working in an interdisciplinary, cross-location, and cross-departmental manner. Our work mode is hybrid: mobile and flexible, while we also value direct and personal communication on-site at all VAN plants.

Responsibilities

Lead IT projects across development, production, and sales
Support the planning and coordination of IT transformation programs, including platform modernization, mainframe exit, and product ramp-ups
Monitor project time, scope, risks, resources, organization, stakeholders, cost, and quality together with experienced project leads
Help analyze and document business and IT processes
Learn to bridge technical and business perspectives and develop a strong understanding of the IT ecosystem
Prepare and support workshops, meetings, and cross-departmental committees

Qualifications

University degree in IT, engineering, business informatics, business administration, or a related field
First experience in IT project management
Strong analytical, structured, and conceptual thinking
Curiosity and motivation to understand complex processes and interdependencies
Proactive, self-organized working style and willingness to take responsibility
Strong communication skills and team spirit
Willingness to undertake occasional short-term travel within Europe and beyond
Business-fluent English; German and Spanish are a plus
