Job description

Crédit Agricole Italia is seeking a young graduate with enthusiasm, resilience, and excellent relationship and customer-orientation skills to join its retail network in the Piacenza area.

Mission

As a Client Advisor, you will work with the branch team in direct contact with customers, providing assistance with banking operations and effectively managing their needs. You will learn about the bank's products and services, support colleagues in achieving qualitative and quantitative targets, and eventually manage a customer portfolio independently. This role is the first step toward a career in advisory positions.

You will join a growing international Group focused on innovation, sustainability, and the development of young talent. Full-time availability is required.

Selection process

The process includes CV evaluation, a brief telephone interview, an online logical and aptitude test, and subsequent interviews depending on the test result. Applications can be submitted until 31 July 2026.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; economic, quantitative, humanities, or law degrees are considered
  • 0–2 years of experience
  • Proactivity, empathy, customer and colleague relationship skills
  • Accuracy and attention to quality
  • Ability to work quickly with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Adaptability and interest in commercial activities
  • English B1 and/or French B1

Knowledge of basic banking products, prior mandatory banking training, and awareness of anti-money-laundering and transparency requirements are desirable but not mandatory.
