Junior Client Advisor - Lodi/Mantova/Cremona M/F

Job description

As a Client Advisor, you will work with the branch team in direct contact with customers, providing assistance with banking operations and effectively managing their needs. You will learn about the bank's products and services, support colleagues in achieving qualitative and quantitative targets, and progressively manage a customer portfolio independently.

This role is the first step toward a career path leading to advisory positions. You will join an internationally growing group focused on innovation, sustainability, young talent and human potential.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in humanities, economics, law or quantitative disciplines.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Proactivity, empathy and strong relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Accuracy, attention to quality, adaptability, discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to work quickly and interest in commercial activities.
• English B1 and/or French B1.
• Knowledge of basic banking products and awareness of anti-money-laundering and transparency requirements are desirable but not mandatory.
