Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of Java and React developers.
- Develop, review, and maintain high-quality code based on business and technical requirements.
- Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards, quality, and security best practices.
- Drive sprint and PI planning, estimation, solution reviews, and technical discussions.
- Ensure code aligns with defined architecture and technology standards.
- Support CI/CD implementation, test automation, security, and performance initiatives.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application stability.
- Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing.
Must-have skills
- Java 8, 11, or 17, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Java.
- ReactJS, JavaScript, and React core concepts.
- Testing with JUnit, Mockito, Karate, Cucumber, Jest, and React Testing Library.
- MongoDB or Oracle with strong PL/SQL skills.
- GitHub, Git commands, IntelliJ IDEA, SonarQube, and Checkmarx.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and multithreaded programming.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
- Strong knowledge of REST API development and microservices architecture.
- Experience leading globally distributed teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
Experience with microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and DevOps.
Qualifications
Computer Science foundation in a software engineering role, with good knowledge of OOAD, scalability issues, and multi-tiered solutions.
Additional Information
Total experience expected: 06–08 years.
