JAVA Fullstack Developer - ITO Transition

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 6–9 years of hands-on experience in designing, building, and maintaining complex, scalable web applications across front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader, comfortable driving the full development lifecycle from architectural design and UI implementation to robust backend services, advanced database solutions, and optimized deployment pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React or Angular.
• Architect and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using C#, modern .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
• Design complex system components according to architectural, performance, security, and scalability best practices.
• Integrate frontend interfaces with backend services and third-party APIs.
• Design and optimize relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL using Entity Framework Core.
• Work with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB for appropriate use cases.
• Use Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines to support reliable deployments.
• Maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems and troubleshoot production issues.
• Identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks and performance issues.
• Conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and participate in architecture and technology decisions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and developers in an agile environment.
• Lead sprint planning, estimations, and agile ceremonies and document technical designs and workflows.

Required Skills

• Expert proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with React, Angular, or similar modern frontend frameworks.
• Expert-level proficiency in C# and modern .NET, including .NET 6, .NET 7, or .NET 8.
• Extensive experience with ASP.NET Core, RESTful APIs, Entity Framework Core, asynchronous programming, multithreading, and dependency injection.
• Advanced relational database experience and familiarity with MongoDB and Redis.
• Strong experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Understanding of microservices, event-driven, and layered architecture patterns.
• Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with .NET microservices and Microsoft Azure or another major cloud platform.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, Blazor, API gateways, distributed systems, message queues, caching, observability, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Domain-Driven Design, or Clean Architecture.

Education and Experience

A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology is required. Candidates with other educational backgrounds may be considered with fully relevant professional experience. The role requires 6–9 years of relevant full-stack software development experience.
