JAVA Fullstack Developer- ITO Transition

Senior Full Stack Developer with 6–9 years of industry experience to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise-grade applications in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance frontend and backend architectures.
• Lead technical design discussions and define coding standards and development guidelines.
• Contribute to microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture.
• Develop web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React.
• Develop backend services and APIs using .NET, Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Build integrations with third-party systems, enterprise platforms, and APIs.
• Architect and optimize MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB databases.
• Lead Docker and Kubernetes containerization strategies and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with AWS, Azure, or GCP for infrastructure provisioning and scaling.
• Implement monitoring, logging, observability, caching, load balancing, and performance improvements.
• Conduct production incident root cause analysis and improve system reliability.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical leadership.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.
• Establish testing, security, documentation, and governance practices.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with React or similar frontend frameworks.
• Backend experience with .NET, Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of system design, scalability, performance optimization, and cloud platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, OAuth, JWT, SSO, or domain-driven design.
• Experience leading technical teams or modules.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration or modern data platforms.

Education and Experience

A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology is required. Candidates from other educational backgrounds may be considered with fully relevant professional experience. Six to nine years of relevant full stack software development experience is required.
