JAVA - Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with 10+ years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions across full stack ecosystems. This role combines hands-on technical depth with architectural leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivery accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architecture across frontend, backend, data, security, and infrastructure layers.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance system designs.
• Drive technology selection, architecture standards, governance, design reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Design complex applications using React or similar frontend frameworks and .NET, Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Architect microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, APIs, and modernization initiatives.
• Architect cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP, including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Design data architectures using MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, messaging systems, and event streaming platforms such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Define application security, IAM, RBAC, ABAC, SSO, MFA, federated identity, secure API access, and DevSecOps practices.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, resilience, observability, performance, and reliability.
• Lead engineering teams, provide mentoring, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure delivery quality.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and leadership on technology solutions, trade-offs, risks, proposals, and estimations.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with .NET, Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Deep knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, API design, and cloud-native principles.
• Strong experience with IAM and enterprise security architecture.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven experience leading large-scale or complex technology implementations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with domain-driven design, event-driven architecture, TOGAF or similar frameworks.
• Experience with estimation, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Architecture certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Architect.
• Exposure to AI/ML platforms, analytics ecosystems, or data engineering.

Education and Experience

A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology is required. Candidates from other educational backgrounds may be considered with 100% relevant professional experience. The role requires 10+ years of software development experience, including significant solution architecture and technical leadership experience.
