JAVA - Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with 10+ years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions across full stack ecosystems. This role requires deep expertise in application architecture, cloud platforms, distributed systems, enterprise security, and integration patterns.

The candidate will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, drive architecture strategy, and lead engineering teams to deliver secure, high-performance, and maintainable systems. The role combines hands-on technical depth with architectural leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivery accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architecture across frontend, backend, data, security, and infrastructure layers.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance system designs.
• Drive technology selection, architecture standards, engineering best practices, and architectural governance.
• Design complex applications using React or similar frontend frameworks and .NET, Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Architect microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, APIs, and modernization initiatives.
• Architect cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Define Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, observability, and deployment strategies.
• Design relational and NoSQL data architectures, enterprise integrations, messaging systems, and event streaming.
• Define application security, IAM, RBAC, ABAC, SSO, MFA, federated identity, secure API access, and DevSecOps practices.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, resilience, performance, and reliability engineering practices.
• Lead engineering teams, provide technical direction and mentoring, and resolve complex technical and production issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and leadership on technology solutions, trade-offs, risks, and delivery.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks such as React.
• Experience with .NET, Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Deep knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, API design, and cloud-native principles.
• Strong experience with IAM and enterprise security architecture.
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Strong cloud architecture experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven experience leading large-scale or complex technology implementations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with domain-driven design, event-driven architecture, and enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Experience with solution estimation, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Architecture certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Architect.
• Exposure to AI/ML platforms, modern analytics ecosystems, or data engineering.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology is required.
• 10+ years of experience in software development, solution architecture, and technical leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise-scale systems.
