IT Service Agreement Expert

Tasks

• Participate in building and further developing the Contract Management Tech area.
• Professionally manage the entire lifecycle of service agreements related to IT services.
• Prepare, review, and keep service agreements up to date based on group-internal regulations and standards.
• Ensure the quality and compliant management of data stored in the Service Catalog Tool (ServCaT), and support Service Managers.
• Support specialist departments in defining, structuring, and implementing new services and service relationships.
• Collaborate with national and international partner departments to ensure consistent and auditable service agreements.
• Further develop methods, standards, and processes related to service agreement management, including digitalization, automation, and the use of artificial intelligence-based solutions.

Qualifications

• University degree in economics, business informatics, technical management, or another relevant field, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Professional experience in contract management, process management, IT controlling, finance, or governance is an advantage.
• Analytical and structured way of working, with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Confident command of German and English, and proficient use of MS Office applications.
