Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. is offering a paid internship in Quality Management: Market Analysis for an international student at its Tuscaloosa, Alabama location.
Tasks
- Implement various measures and processes, including IQS, QFS, and KPI effectiveness.
- Coordinate and collaborate with plants around the world to ensure customer needs are met.
- Create and support market data concerning specific topics or trends.
- Analyze customer feedback.
- Track Clean Point effectiveness.
- Conduct field sensor analysis and reporting.
- Track and report top issues.
Qualifications
- Currently studying Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Preferred: proficiency in KPI tracking and reporting, communication, collaboration, organizational skills, process engineering, and process mining.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a university or in a gap year between a Bachelor's and Master's degree.
- Studies outside the United States.
- At least three semesters of study in a relevant field.
- Available for a minimum of six months.
