Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. is offering a paid internship in Quality Management: Market Analysis for an international student at its Tuscaloosa, Alabama location.

Tasks

  • Implement various measures and processes, including IQS, QFS, and KPI effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with plants around the world to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Create and support market data concerning specific topics or trends.
  • Analyze customer feedback.
  • Track Clean Point effectiveness.
  • Conduct field sensor analysis and reporting.
  • Track and report top issues.

Qualifications

  • Currently studying Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred: proficiency in KPI tracking and reporting, communication, collaboration, organizational skills, process engineering, and process mining.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled at a university or in a gap year between a Bachelor's and Master's degree.
  • Studies outside the United States.
  • At least three semesters of study in a relevant field.
  • Available for a minimum of six months.
